Had it installed May 13th, 2023, not working right, had to wait another week for a new one! Put a load in the new on, water didn’t drain, put on drain & spin, worked…..so far, I only wash once a week, I hope it last thru the year!

He was absolutely the best I am a very grouchy 80 year old and I love my product, and I love the way it was sold to me. Great job with the insulation very well done no scratches no dents. Done very quickly. Thank you Best Buy.

It thoroughly washed all the clothes we put through it, and it endured many loads with favorable washing results. Unfortunately, after a year and a half, the motor is starting to burn out with a horrid smell, and is no longer spin-drying the clothes well enough. I say unfortunately because the parts and service warranty is 1 year, meaning I'm out of luck with it. I suppose you get what you pay for, but this machine has done more than its fair share of work.

Does its job and gets everything clean in a fair amount of time. If I had to purchase again, I would definitely go with this again because its low price but works wonders! For my first big appliance purchase I was very happy to get this, and ordering through Best Buy made me feel confident in my decision. All my questions were answered and the people I worked with were all extremely patient.

Easy to operate, consumes very little energy ( i can say its energy saving) , little or no noise, never needed maintenance or repairs. Its just a perfect appliance for every home

Easy to use don’t try to go with the new ones cause they don’t work I tried a fancy one and it costed a lot and it was trash. This gets the job done and it’s under 1,000 bucks. Dryer is perfect. Drys in one setting. Wash cycles are normal about 30 minutes. The lid is plastic not bad though definitely worth it. Had almost a month now
