Got this washer for our daughter during a Black Friday deal for a steal. The settings were easy to toggle through. It does a pretty good job cleaning the clothes and wrings things out much better than our Maytag washer.

It works great, and I haven't had any major issues at all. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good deal on a washer/dryer combo.

Similar to my review for the dryer, I was searching for a basic washing machine that did not have a digital display. My mother is visually impaired and needs something that is easy to use without complex controls. This absolutely fits the bill and she is extremely happy with the washing machine.

This is a very solid washer for an affordable price. I haven't had any issues whatsoever and am very happy with this purchase.

I had to get a certain size of washer to fit in the spot. This washer works perfect. It has plenty of room to put your clothes in & it spins out so good it takes half the time to dry. We wanted a simple washer & this so far is perfect.

I love this washing machine!!! It has auto water level, along with water temperature selection, and push button start. It cleans extremely well and I'm very satisfied with my purchase!!!

I like the many washer settings and it’s working well at cleaning our clothes, but the transition to drawing in water during the cycles is really loud. A loud thump comes from the back of the washer as it draws in more water. It was so loud that I called Best Buy within the first 15 days so they could replace the machine. They said it’s just what the washer does so I’m using it like that. Thankfully, it’s in our basement so the sound is tolerable. If this were in a closet on the main floor, I’d probably return it.

All in all, this is a pretty good machine. One thing I don't like about it is the fact that it makes a lot of noise when it operates. This clunk, clunk, clunk on every turn as it is washing/spinning just about drives me nuts! At LEAST it doesn't try to dance across the floor and out the door like the Hotpoint I bought 3 years ago. I'm hoping this lasts as long as my cousins has. He bought a pair of Insignia 25 years ago and STILL has them! He is the one who gave me the name. I love the way the whole top lifts up and the fact that it is so lightweight, MOST people wouldn't like that!

Easy to use, runs quietly and great for large loads

Washer was in a good condition. A couple dents that were not that bad but that is why it was such a good price. The machine itself work wonderful. My mom is happy with it.

The clothes do not get tangled or wrapped around the agitator. This was my big problem with my previous whirlpool washing machine.

Although I needed to return my first one, hence it did not not work properly, the replacement has been Efficient, washes clothes extremely well and I have note experienced the issues I had with my first model.
