    I believe I bought a lemon. I have had Geek Squad to my house over 5 times and still all the same issues. The tray leaks already replaced once and getting replaced again, the tub was warped so clothes getting stuck and ripped, already replaced and being replaced again, tray leaks , cycles take hours, water fills for over 5 -6-7 mins, loads off Balance. I’m furious!!!

    I am not particularly impressed with the washer. It takes more than an hour to wash a small load and it is VERY loud.

    This washer is very user-friendly. I like the "auto" sensor that detects how much water is needed to avoid waste. Different cycles to choose from make it a cinch to use.

    I love this machine. I read the reviews and was apprehensive, but I have had this washer for a month now and I am so impressed. I should have known it was a great value. I've had dryer that matches this washer for a year and half now. They are both great.

    So far this is a nice little washer for the money: Cleans well, has 12 different settings, takes up less space but handles the same size loads, the top locks when it is in use and it is quieter. All round it's pretty good for the money.
