    Great machine would buy again, I was skeptical purchasing the least expensive set but they run as well ( maybe better) than the big name brands.

    This is not a good washer! The first day we got it home and opened it. The washer had a big dent on the left back corner of it. I called customer service. The guy told me that I had to return it back to the store. I live 2 hours from the Best Buy I bought it from. I work a lot so I haven’t had time to bring it back to flowood Mississippi. But I am gonna make time this weekend to go back and exchange it for a better product. I will not be buying this type of washer again. It leaks white residue in the front bad . So I don’t know if it’s because of the dent or what. But we wasn’t satisfied with it.

    Very Quick and courteous install and on time. This is a very good washer and is very quiet.It has a lot of features and the dial knobs are very sleek and it is easy to choose different settings

    I have had this washer for about 1 year now. It works well to clean my clothes and I love that it has an automatic setting that tells the machine how big of load I have in the machine. It canNOT handle large loads and does NOT handle towels very well. I can usually put one, maybe two towels in at a time to wash.

    It has a lot of capability for doing large lots and cleans well. I like for the price. I had got the Insignia dryer and the day after I recieved my washer did 3 loads and broke. So, I was able to get itreplaced with in couple of days. Happy with both products.
