Unfortunately, my unit failed within a few months of ownership. During the initial Geek Squad visit, the technician never opened the back of the unit to confirm which parts were actually defective. Despite that, I was told parts would be ordered, and it took approximately 2.5 weeks for those parts to arrive. When the Geek Squad returned—again without inspecting or opening the unit—I was not provided a repair. Instead, the parts were picked up, and I was given a phone number to call to request a replacement washer, even before the scheduled parts-replacement appointment occurred. After calling the exchange program, I was informed that the new unit would take an additional week to arrive. This means I will be without a washer for over a month. While I appreciate that a replacement is being offered, clearer communication and an accurate timeframe would have been much more helpful, especially compared to the original three-day repair estimate.

Just the right size for a smaller laundry room. Will be purchasing the insignia gas dryer as well!

Works excellent! You must make sure nothing is in the pockets such as screws, bits, etc. you would have to view the bottom of the drum to see why. Highly recommend

More room inside than I expected. Seems to work just fine.

Very quiet washer. Does a great job of washing small loads with the option of quick wash, but is great for washing large items like comforters.

Love the silence this washer produces. It does take a little longer to wash, but cleaner clothes is appreciated. I cannot wait to enjoy the dryer(backstocked two months now) out woth it.

Being a little bit narrower than most other washers this one fit perfectly in my laundry area. I love the auto selection of the load size.

Washer works fine. Very happy with it. I thought it had good value for the price.

Don't buy. It's very sensitive for balancing load; can't force to skip a cycle and today 5/27/22 - refuses to spin, emptied small load of clothes (no jeans, no blankets, no towels) simply shirts and pants light weight and since couldn't bypass most cycles- I had to rinse "water" at least 3 times and still stops on spin. No error lights indicated, tried the tips shown- which were few- such as "make sure the drain hose is not kinked"- well been using for 14 months so why suddenly would the drain hose kink. assume out of warranty; checking now. but have never been impressed from the purchase

I was in need of a washing machine and stumbled on this. Talk about needle in a haystack. It works well and holds a lot. I LOVE IT
