Had to manually set the level to high. Called insignia and said the water sensor was defective and will replace the washer under the two week exchange warranty. Will have to wait more than a month for a replacement.

No polite way of saying this...this is junk.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this machine to replace a 20 year old washer that was on its last legs...there was no way that I could have known that this would be a downgrade from that old clunker. The installer ran a drain and spin cycle when he set it up...that was literally the last time this machine completed a cycle. put on one load of wash, the machine kept cycling back and forth between rinse and spin for over an hour before I checked to make sure everything weas balanced (it was), I even took some things out just in case I had over loaded it (2 towels, a couple of washcloths, a sweatshirt, a tee shirt, and a pair of socks is hardly what I consider overloaded, but whatever). Even then it continued to cycle back and forth between spin and rinse. Out of curiosity I took everything out of the machine and ran it on a cycle empty...same results...I used two different levels to make sure that the installer had leveled the machine properly (he had). The only explanation is that this is just a piece of junk. I wish customer service was open 24 hours so that I could begin the process of returning it now, but it will be the first call I make in the morning. I would say that this is a case of "you get what you pay for" (I wasn't expecting a top-of-the-line experience at this price), but this is even worse than that.
