Dealing with customer service has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE! The language barrier along with the wait time is insane. The additional money spent on a warranty is not worth the headache.

However I trust Best Buy and keep a yearly contract with Geek Squad. This extends the warranty. Best Buy delivered and installed, this was helpful I no longer have a truck.

It is already giving me problems. It makes a funny knocking noise and sometimes gets stuck at the spin cycle and will not spin.
