    I purchased this machine in June of 2022. It is already giving me problems. It makes a funny knocking noise and sometimes gets stuck at the spin cycle and will not spin.

    Works as intended. The only issue I have is once in While the clothes will be dripping wet and I try to use the drain and spin option, but it will rinse the clothes still leaving them dripping....now we have to wring them out. You have a rinse function so why is the drain and spin option rinsing?

    Great washer, has a slightly smaller capacity than what you might be used to, but still good enough for the average person. Each load might take a little bit of extra time but definitely not something that would shy me away from this unit.
