    Too early to tell if the insignia is a lemon or a good deal? So far everything works as it should no problems to speak of yet, as I’ve only owned it for about 3 week's which is why I only gave it a 3 star Best Buy has been sending me emails to review pretty much the week after I got it they should ask at least 3 months I would assume after that time if something goes wrong that would be a benchmark of time.

    Do NOT waste your money on this washer! We haven’t even had it for a year and it’s been nothing but issues, starting with being unable to wash full loads. Recently it has started making a dreadful noise and when we called to see about getting it fixed, we were told it would cost over $100 just to have someone come out and look at it - that’s not even the price to fix it. Such a huge disappointment and waste of money.

    This washer is wonderful! I do wish it came with instructions for what each cycle does. And I'm not really sure where to put liquid detergent- it has a spot for fabric softener, bleach, and powder detergent. I just put it in with the clothes. If you push the buttons too fast, it gets a little confused but great nonetheless!

    My last washing machine lasted 30 years so this machine offered a whole new experience - larger tub, choice of water level and water temperature. stronger spin cycle and a soap dispenser. It seems to do the job very well

    Because my basement has a narrow staircase I could only choose this washer. The drum is too deep (but normal as they come) and does not wring out well on towels or comforters. I had a tech check and was told to just do 6 towels a load. I just do the spin cycle again and that works.
