    I love any washer I love all the settings and you can pause it if you forget to put something in I definitely recommend buying this washer. The Best buy guys that delivered were very nice and knowledgeable and also the one guy was training a new employee and he was doing a great job!

    The delivery driver and his helper was very knowledgeable. They may have been here maybe twenty minutes top. But they did a good job with delivering my washer and setting everything up.

    Bought this cause it was wide enough to get down my stairs, great price, holds all the clothes I need it too. Just wish the gas dryer wasn't wider than this washer.

    I cant wash clothes and count on this machine to finish to the end. Im almost in tears! This machine has a built in balancer. I put clothes in. Evenly. Shut lid. Turn on. It goes swoosh, swoosh, swoosh, its balancing the load before it washes, right?. Open lid. It put all my clothes to one side!! I redistribute them so they are balanced. Shut lid, turn on. Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!! Says off balance. Open again and rebalance the clothes a second time!!! This goes on for 3 to 5 times. Then finally starts washing. I walk away. Come back 30 minutes later to find its off balance again and didnt wash my clothes!!! I rebalance. Turn on. It starts to rinse. I walk away. Come back, same thing!!! I absolutely HATE this machine. And dont put to many items in it. And even when i put 3 t shirts, pair of small womans jeans. It does the same thing. Swoosh, Swoosh, Swoosh..its balancing the 4-5 items in it. Ok. I wait. Lid clicks, the panel says off balance, open lid and thos 4 pueces are on the other side!!! So i do the rearrange again. Same thing over and over!! And the softner despenser, im not sure whats up with this either!! Leaks all the softner out before it even washes?? Im so sick and disgusted with this machine that im ready to trash it and stay far away from Insignia machines period!!! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE PLEASE. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION.
