And it’s only been about six months. Do not buy this washing machine full price if you get a deal, you get what you pay for.

Surprisingly large tub

Nothing but issues

The day it was set up, the team members who did so didn't check it to make sure it was working. When I went to use it, water leaked out of the back and I had to watch a youtube video on how to fix it (when I paid for installation btw). I tried to schedule an appointment with Best Buy to fix it (this same day i got it delivered), and they said it was "weeks out" meanwhile, my washer is leaking water into my house?? Fast forward two months, and it's leaking again, this time it won't stop. Maintenance for my house tells me the washer is "busted" and "cracked" in the back, so they fix it temporarily until Geek Squad can get out. Of course the washer stopped in the middle of a cycle, full of clothes and water and it's 20 F outside, so the water is freezing and next to impossible to get out of the drum. They 're supposed to come in two days, if and when it's fixed, I'll update my review accordingly, but so far, Best Buy hasn't been great to work with and I've had nothing but issues from the start.
