The first 3-4 loads seemed fine and this time THE WASHER is NOT spinning and rinsing just chug-chug! Do Not Buy this! It’s crap. I would love to return and upgrade to a real washer.

Another thing the product is a Best Buy product and they do not carry longer hoses. They refer you out to Home Depot and Lowes which they do not have it.
