I don't care for all the eco functions, but it washes fine. The problem is that it has a tendency to become unbalanced. Even if there's NOTHING in it, it will unbalance. In time, it becomes unusable. In searching for an answer, I have realized a LOT of people have this problem with this model.

When it starts to spin it will make a thunder sound and then when I go see what is happening it has ALL items attached/wrapped around the device in the middle of the washer and you have to physically pull everything off. I don’t recommend this machine.

I purchased the washer in June 2022 and 27 months (3 months outside the warranty I pay extra for) and the washer will not drain. The washer pump has stopped working and the drive shaft is warped. Despite also having Best Buy Total Membership and chatting online for almost an hour, they cannot help me except to tell me to call the 800 number to schedule the Geek Squad for $99. This washer was $479 and totally not worth the money.

Putting in a medium/large load and there are times it uses the lowest water setting. I’ve done laundry and found items to be half dry in the top still. I’m also amazed that some people find it to be relatively quiet. I’ve heard a high pitched noise coming from it a few times at this point and have done troubleshooting to make sure everything was fine

Got the machine and the top is plastic. That was the first disappointment. It doesn’t spin the clothes dry. And unless it’s a small load, I have to run the drain and spin cycle a second time. Do yourself a favor and pass on this machine

One month outside of the warranty and it needs to simply be replaced because the part costs more than what the machine is worth. This machine is also very slow for a normal cycle.

Due to a size issue this is the only washing machine that I have found that will fit. I am having the 4th machine fixed. Best Buy has been great. Best Buy allows up to 15 days after purchasing a washing machine to return it or have it replaced due to being defective.
