Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This dyson hair dryer is my favorite, and I purchased the Best Buy Care which costed me $50, when I want to use the insurance because my dryer was not working, Best Buy employee asked me to pay $80, because I got my dryer on mother day’s sale, I need to pay the difference to claim my insurance! But in fact, dyson included 2 years warranty on every product for free, I’ve spent $50 for no reason! Isn’t it ridiculous?!

Dryer itself is very light weight. I do notice a high pitch sound when using it. I plan on contacting Dyson regarding this concern.
