It also has bluetooth connectivity. So, I can use them both for my PC and when connected to another device by BT. Love the sound and versatility.

I ended up plugging it in using the headphone jack - the Bluetooth connection didn't always work and there was a lag between the video and audio.

These are still excellent speakers for the price range.

But delighted I have now. These sound truly amazing. Tremendous sound quality from the small package size. Great to listen to.

However, those great qualities were more than overshadowed by the insistence of the wireless remote to go to sleep, or in some cases for the sound not to come on when the computer was booted up. Opening a video or mp3 would be met with silence. System alerts were missed due to the speakers being asleep. And the speaks would not work without the wireless remote controller being activated. Had to return them.

Posted .It's frustrating to encounter a product with such a significant flaw, especially after overcoming other challenges. The Z407's sound quality is indeed impressive, but the unreliable wireless remote and sleep issues can severely diminish the overall user experience.

I bought them to replace a cheaper set of Logitech speakers that had begun to produce sound artifacts. Just hope the neighbors don't get too annoyed with my playing PC games too late into the night.
