Works great so far. Youtube runs very well on this latest 4k model.

Works great overall and like it better than apple tv and the amazon fire tv stick. I've had to change the batteries twice in the past year which rarely happened with fire tv stick or apple tv remotes but not a big deal. Love being able to stream google stadia from it. Only issue we have noticed is that particularly with some movies on Disney+ the sound will cut out randomly from time to time. I'm not sure if this is how those movies are encoded and might be conflicting with the audio settings I've utilized in the device settings but is only an issue with some movies on this app.

If the audio issue is particular with Disney+ only, we suggest clearing the app cache that might help as having a sizable amount of cache stored, would affect the performance of your Chromecast.. See the steps below:
- From the Google TV home screen, in the top right, go to the user profile icon and select Settings.
- Select Apps and choose the app you're having trouble with.
- If you can't find it, select See all apps.
- Select Clear cache and then Ok.
- If clearing the app cache didn't work, you can try to reset your Chromecast with Google TV by following this step by step guide here: https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/6254654
Also, the batteries of the Voice Remote are expected to last for about 6 months with normal use, but also depends on your daily activities.

The item I received from the market partner seller was the 2020 model of this. Less storage and processing power. Global Mobile tried to pass the $50 version off for this $200 model. They wouldn't make it right by sending me the proper one when I called them out on it and just made me submit for a refund which they did provide after refusing to send me the proper item. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they just grabbed the wrong one off the shelf since they physically look the same but they by the end, I felt they tried a bait and switch to get rid of their old inventory. BestBuy said they couldn't help since it was a market partner, even though their site says they stand behind all their market partners... Long story short. Just make sure you're actually receiving what you ordered and paid for. As stated, they look the same so you may not realize you received an old inferior model.
