I was completely impressed by how well it performed. It was so good that I’m using it as my personal machine in my private office. I use it frequently and the ink cartridges that came with the machine are still going strong. Great bang for my bucks!

It was easy to set up and the print quality is better than expected. We are using this in our home office and so far has exceeded expectations.

I think the product needs to be updated to improve the quality of the printer. I guess for the price, it’s ok!

Good home office machine

First unit was returned due to the firmware update invalidating my non-Epson ink then not recognizing any ink. BB took it back no questions (I'm a Total Tech member) and got the current unit. Running fine on Epson ink. Miss not having 2 paper trays, but otherwise happy after the first full month of use.
