They love the speed of it as well as the large touchscreen. HPs screen has gotten so small you can barely see what's written on it let alone touch the right buttons. This printer's screen is large and clear and easy to use. Changing the ink is a bit of a process, but once you do it once you got it

Well I had to reinstall the printer twice before my PC recognized it was connected. There is no user manual included. You must be online and go through trouble shooting if there is any issue. If I had to do it again, I would look for another manufacturer.

Excellent Home Office Printer

The copies are clear and sharp and print VERY quickly! We haven’t had in long enough to know how quickly it uses ink, but (although we’ve done a LOT of printing) we still have only needed to change the starter black cartridge.

Since that glitch it has been performing above expectations on speed and quality. Had an old WF633 that this is heads above. Printing is very quick out of the gate and paper capacity is good with a 250 sheet tray. Exceeds all my needs! Would recommend to others.
