They did not have the easy installation that HP does. I'm pretty good at ibstalling orinters but this was such a bear I had to call the Geek Squad. They got it in and working but what a problem. So far I have been happy with the way it works.

Scan to email is difficult to set up and no directions. Luckily my iMac can access the scanner through apples own software to scan the document. The software wouldn’t load right on my computer either. It is easier to use Apples configuration with devices.
