    This is a great printer...when it works. Everything was great but this week I have had continuous issues with the connection. I kept getting a filter fail message - whatever that means. I reloaded the software and got back to a functional state but for some reason I cannot get it to print PDFs. Still looking into why but it is same on 3 different computers - an Apple Desktop, an Apple laptop and a Windows laptop. I'm close to giving up which is disappointing. I just got rid of an Epson WF-4740 after getting the unfixable 20016 error code. I will try to get assistance from Epson. Unless I figure this out soon I'm done with Epson.

    This is the seci d one i have purchased. Same model. The furst one lasted two years but then had a sensor malfunction saying the lid was open and would not clear error…

    Really liked this printer until it suddenly was unable to power on. The local Best Buy store couldn’t help me with the problem because they said they don’t work on printers.
