I purchased the Epson WF-3820 Nov 30 2023 to replace an Epson WF-3540 that was 10+ years old. The 3820 does no live up to the 3540 because I get a communications error most of the time when printing. The 3820 looses it's WiFi connection constantly. The 3820 prints good when working, the fax and scan work just as good as the 3540 when the WiFI does not drop. Since I had very good luck with the Epson WF-3540 I decided to purchase another Epson. I needed a printer that could do double side printing, and fax and scan which is why I got the 3820. My WF-3540 was a workhorse for all these years with no issues. At the end the carriage could only print one side without getting stuck. I should have keep it for single side printing.

This Epson workforce pro wf3820, was very easy to set up and connect to my android phone. Printing and or copying is excellent.

Good quality. There's still need to adjust some settings like quiet mode. It's pretty intense printing otherwise lol but it has the features I wanted and again great price on black Friday in July sale. :)

Very effective and afforable printer. Don't print much at all, so I decided to go with this over an EcoTank. Seems to print somewhat fast as well. Very good for the price.

It prints a bit slow but super easy set up and the color that prints is very clear!

Excellent price have not used it yet but I have bought one before and love it printed great color photos was easy to use

The Epson WorkFore PRO is an outstanding printer. Easy to install and use. great print speed for both single page and duplex jobs. Even color print jobs complete rapidly.

I’ve purchased this specific printer for 3 different businesses (At different times). After a year one of the three had the paper feeder taking more than one sheet at a time. When scanning, the feeder stopped working. Which having to put each page face down, one by one is annoying. I bought 3, so the value to me if good.

No complaints after using this printer for a month. Crisp text and nice photos. Setup was easy. I especially like the Epson Android app which allows printing directly from my phone. Scanner works well also.

Easy to install & set up for wireless use. Quality of printing is excellent. Printing from phone is easy with any of several online apps (I use Tap and Print). Have only had it for 1 month but no issues at all.

Really great printer, bought it for document printing not pictures, so can't comment on that. Very reasonable and good quality print. I love being able to print easily from my phone.

This is my second Workforce Pro Printer. Tried several others in between. The others cost more, printed slower, and broke down within six months. Love the speed, efficiency, and ease of operation.

Great printer and great price!! I ordered printer back in December of 2020 & order was cancelled due to shipping issues. I waited and saw it was available again and so glad I was able to get. I recommend printer!!

This product printer is one of the best i have ever used. It not only copies but also does back sides too. I can print from my android phone or my computer. It is easy to hook up to wireless internet and start making copies. I am so glad the associate salesperson explained and had so much knowledge and experience in the printer. I have told my friends about the EPSON printer and they went and bought the same one i have. So thank you for making my job easier and making it easier to understand its functions.

So happy with this printer! So over all of the other brands esp HP that stop working after 1 year if that. This printer is perfect and exceeds my expectations. One of the best features is that I had options for set up which included WiFi, wired or direct with USB. We opted to use the wired route. Set up was easy and it has served as a printer, copier and fax as advertised. It is compatible with my iMac, air book, and Dell laptop running windows

Awesome printer for small business. My only complaint is that I can't use recycled cartridges anymore like in some of my older printers.

Easy set-up, clear pictures, clear displays. Only used printer so far so can't comment on the other factors. But so far so good ... very pleased with the purchase.
