One of the best printers ive ever bought. Super easy set up, prints fast and good quality. Great price.

I researched all-in-one printers for a while and finally decided on the Epson WF-3820. It had the features that we needed and it was within our budget. Once we got the machine set up, it printed from the computer just as it should. After three days the printer started disconnecting from the wifi. We were able to reconnect the printer and haven't had anymore issues with that so far. However it does disconnect from our network on a regular basis and it will not print envelopes. Every time we get it set up to print no. 10 envelopes, we get an error message stating that we don't have the printer set up to print envelopes. I have tried troubleshooting the issue and nothing works. Of course, I shouldn't have to troubleshoot a brand new product. It should work correctly right out of the box. We only use this a few times a week and aren't abusive to it, so I am left with the conclusion that this is not a very good all-in-one. I would not recommend this product.

Our family printer recently died and this was the perfect replacement. It was quick and easy to set up and the bluetooth feature is super convenient. I was surprised that it came with a set of ink, too!

Very happy with this printer. Setup was easy from installing the ink cartridges and filling the tray with paper to connecting it to my wifi. Printing documents is quick with excellent print quality.

I was easily able to hook up the printer, install the software and also connect it with my laptop so I could print directly from it! Color is great too!

The product has a lot of feature integrated. I can be challenging to set up but after it runs perfectly

At first the printer would not accept the ink cassettes that came with the printer so went to Staples for ink as Best Buy was out as they were also out of a UBS cord which we acquired from Micro Center. Several of us would take the cassettes in and out until printer finally accepted them. I hope that continues. An experience, to be sure.

This printer is amazing. Set up took about 10 minutes which is usually a nightmare for me. Like honestly I dread buying new printers but this one I have had no issues and it works like a charm. I highly recommend.

Best buy the champion . No electronic store in the US can compare with best buy. They have the best quality of electronic you can buy from store or online. I will recommend anyone who wants to buy TV, cameras, phones etc to go to best buy.

This Epson WF-3820 has been a perfect match to my Chromebook. The setup and connected between the two was incredibly easy. Even scanning to a cloud storage location was a snap. It's well worth your money
