    The first printer I purchased was defective. The paper drawer had been damaged. I took it back the next day and they replaced it. I love the EPSON WorkForce Pro WF-3820.

    More function but a little slower connecting to Wi-Fi and printing than my previous using printer. The HP. Unable to use third part ink is another concern. The ink seem to be running out faster than expected.
