The scanner works great, but when trying to get papers scanned for school I have to use the app and email them to myself to load to the drive for canvas instead of just using the scan feature and loading directly to the drive. Just seems like extra steps I shouldn't have to take. For the price, it works great, just have to use the phone more than a computer to use the printer properly.

For the first 3 weeks it work okay; not excellent but it did the job. Then is started freezing very often. On every ocassion I had to reboot, sometimes disconnect from power then reconnect. Now the printer would not even turn on. and it hasn't even been 5 months since I invested in this printer. I contacted best buy about the manufacturers warranty, and the person that intended me told be it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer if I don't have best buy protection plan. I contacted the manufacturer already twice and they have not responded to me. I assume I have wasted my money and time for nothing. the manufacturer isn't helping and the retailer is not helping either. I would not recommend anyone to buy this printer. maybe just try another brand.

All will print as photos UNLESS you scroll further down, about 3 lines past, placing into print for regular printing. Paper load section is a bit tricky
