It is great when it is operating. My printer is down until I can get an in-home Geek Squad appointment, which seems to be impossible to get. Thank you.

Paper tray is unstable, printer sometimes off aligns and pulls more than one piece of paper. Connectivity issues with mobile printing. In short, this printer is garbage, never buying Epson

It intermittently pulls multiple pages through during a print. Sometimes it will pull several pages stacked straight so the print survives. Other times it overlaps the pages, splitting a single print page and wasting all the pages. My estimate is that it pulls at least 40% blank pages through, and maybe 20% overlapped and ruined pages. I called Espon and they told me they'd send me an email with service centers in my area. No doubt they'll charge me for servicing it. They also tried to sell me a maintenance plan. My bet is they make more on the maintenance packages than they do on these junk printers. How about this plan, Epson: Make your products with quality, and fix anything that's broken.

Everything has worked seamless so far and the touch interface is simple and doesn’t glitch.
