    I was sent a broken printer. It didn’t work from day 1. It was very frustrating!! Till now I don’t have printer!

    Had so much trouble with this printer, it was the second one I got and still had the same issue, saying paper jam and it was brand new out the box

    This printer/fax/scanner/copier is so easy to use. Downloading the software and setting up the printer was easy as the machine guides you through every step. It also guides you through using each feature.

    Battery life is virtually non-existent. Maybe you'll get 10-20 pages before battery goes dead on you. Keep that AC plug handy
