Although first washing machine did shake and vibrate Best Buy replaced it with a new washer quickly. No hassle. New washer works wonderfully and NO vibration. I bought washer and dryer set. Very happy!!

The option to build "laundry recipes" thru the bluetooth app is a nice feature; but if you want more conventional control it has the touch/dial select feature also. We do about 8 loads a week average.

I saw it and immediately was drawn to it. Price first of all. I think I got a good deal. The Best Buy sales team at the store made it happen so easily. They did everything they could to make sure I would get my very own first washer and dryer set. I have had a month. I have not figured everything out yet but I love what I have used. Very attractive as well.
