i bought the open box (on a budget) i picked the higher priced one for open box - said it would come with all the accessories and options as if it was new - it didnt. only came wrapped in bubble wrap - fyi) had to do a hard reset to get water to work, walked across floor when i started it. took 4 hours to get it to work right. finally after posting a video someone told me it still had the stabilizer bolts in the back - i was unaware. because i didnt have any instructions and ive only dealt with top loaders. after all the mis-haps. im finally in working condition. works great so far. no issues - happy with purchase.

I bought these as a set and have had great results with how they work and bought them again the value is great and the quality is great would recommend to anyone looking for front loading washer/dryer set

Excellent....beautiful washer...the sensors - wow. Great tumble and clean clothes. Great capacity for a large blanket during these winter months. Quiet..and what a beautiful machine to look at exposed in your space. Just great product! And Samsung products never disappoint. The assistance I received at Best Buy and the personnel...cannot be beat...great experience - and going back before the end of the year to buy another one for another one of our units in Logan Square.

The washer has a large capacity and does a great job getting the clothes clean and is very quiet. It is very easy to use and looks good too.

Works very well. Our first front loader. Old top loader having trouble spinning and this one is much better. Wanted to get the base to raise it, but not available for 4 months. Wish the door was reversible to ease transfer to the dryer.

It's exactly like the previous Samsung front-load washing machines I've purchased. My first one lasted 14 years—including 5 years after a house fire! I only had to replace the door seal because it warped during the fire. My second unit was bought used and I gave it away after 3 years, and my third is 4 years old and still used daily. I hope this new one lasts just as long as my first!

I bought the washer and and the dryer. The guys came in to install both for me and it worked great. No issues so far. I am really satisfied. 10/10 Best Buy

This is a nice washer. I replaced a 14 year old top loader, so some of my impressions are based on the switch to a front-loader. Pros: Large capacity Quiet operation Smart features Good cleaning Fast wash setting Cons: More "post wash" maintenance than top loader Door cannot be reversed This washer does everything I need it to do. It takes large loads and adjusts the cycle based on the amount of clothing. It's interesting to see how the default time changes once it "calibrates" to the load. It has a large number of settings pre-programmed (bedding, towels, normal, etc.) but also allows you to upload custom settings (one at a time). It has a drum clean cycle as well, which is a nice feature. The smart features, while not necessary, are godd additions. My favorite is getting a notification on my phone when the cycle has completed. Also, being albe to check the status and maintenance needs remotely is nice. As an added plus, Samsung has several pre-set custom cycles in the Smart Things app that can be added, or you can define your own. The main downside is that, like most front-loading washers, you need to dry the seal and door after use to avoid mold/mildew. Also, it would be nice if they had a reversable door so you can configure it to match your house's fixtures. My dryer is on the left of the washer, the way the door opens means I have to navigate around it to fill the dryer. Not really a big deal, but complimentary opening would be nice. I got this on sale for about $700, and for that price it's a steal. Even at the list price it is worth a look.

So far it has been perfect! It is very easy to use, very quiet, and looks really nice! Our clothes come out very clean, and it seems to be very gentle on delicates. I can't wait until my dryer goes out so I can complete the set haha!

Easy to operate, quite while running, the clothes are pretty dry after the spin cycle and plays a nifty tune at the end.

Washer works great but it is VERY loud. I didn'y buy the risers so I'm not sure if that is a contributing factor. It is easy to use and holds a lot. Clothes don't get smelly if I accidentally leave them in overnight.

Replaced an older stackable washing machine from Samsung with this one. This is certainly more efficient and quieter. The best part it stacks perfectly with the older dryer DVE45N5300F/A3 so I didn’t need to replace it!

Very quiet and has easy to use controls. It’s a lot bigger than I thought so it has plenty of room to medium to large loads.
