The only drawbacks are the door doesn't seem to be sealed completely because it shakes a bit when on the spin cycle. The other drawback is doesn't have a programmable favorite cycle.

We're very happy with it. Perhaps it's because its 15 years newer, but this is leaps and bounds better than our old one. Smoother, quicker and quieter and does a great job. And the price was right!

The washing machine runs quiet. It cleans clothes very well. The spin dry cycle is very good which helps dry clothes quickly. This machine is a good value. Best Buy did a great job on delivery.

Quick and Quiet

IT does a great job, has all the settings we will ever need and it runs quiet. Best Buy delivery as always was stellar!
