There is zero quality control because they have these guys do 15 to 20 installs in one day. First installer didn't level the legs of the washer and since it's stacked in a closet, I wasn't going to try to attempt myself after they left. Had to have them come out again days later to level the feet, then those guys snapped the ground prong of the plug in the wall and left and didn't even tell me that they did it. I could not use the washer due to the danger of electrical shock. Now I had to have them exchange the washer for a new one days later to find out that when they came to install new one they would not be able to install the new one because of the danger of the plug broken off from previous installer. Then I had to reschedule for a 4th time days later again and replace the electrical outlet myself before they came to install new one. I will never again be purchasing from best buy, especially having something installed from them, a complete joke. Oh, and the legs are still not level which I have to still do myself now after all of that

The letters and numbers are wiping right off the control panel, as if they’re written with marker. Samsung customer service said “make sure my hands are dry before using” and “not a defect”. I see online forums mentioning this same problem dating back to 2017. Is this their fingerprint resistant technology!? How insulting that this multi billion dollar company tell it’s consumers it’s our own fault for using a washing machine with wet hands!

I purchased this dryer in November 2023 and had it installed in December 2023. It completely stopped working (no lights, no sound, not even a hum) on December 16, 2025, just nine days after my Best Buy Total Tech expired. Fingers crossed it can be repaired. I would not recommend this product.

I am still trying to understand the water temperature settings. Even if I set the water to cold, they still come piping hot. This may be part of the Automatic Temperature Control feature, I would still prefer to control the temperature of my clothes. I will keep reading and trying to see if I can turn that feature off. Other than that, a solid buy!
