We do understand your disappointment the inconvenience this may have caused if the USB Bluetooth adapter did not work. This is most likely a compatibility issue since most old TVs' don't have Bluetooth suppport.

I bought it to use with an Xbox controller on my pc but then I learned that you need the xbox adapter and not just any BT one. So I gave away the controller and this is sitting right under my monitor still in the box.

Pairing some things may be difficult because bluetooth has different versions or soemthing now. I can't figure it out and now sometiems my headphones connect and sometiems they dont. Might be headphones might be usb thingy.

Works, but may need to repair devices

Connected Switch Pro controller to a desktop PC, do use with Steam. Although I do need to re-pair the controller each time, which is beyond frustrating, and will likely be the reason for getting a different Bluetooth adapter.
