Transaction and Customer Service with Best Buy went as smooth as it gets. There has been some up and down but that is with Microsoft and not Best Buy.

Playing heavy games at 4K it stays whisper quiet. No jet engine on this thing. As I said hard to find.

The output is powerful but it is essentially just a rehash of the previous. Worth getting if you love Xbox. Also worth holding off on getting until more games are out.

Will need to upgrade... everything. New tv, new headset, but glad i was able to get one! Its not as big as they made it seem

That said, the performance isn't up to par to (as per reviews) to the PS5.

Have tested the Series X and the PS5 for about 4 months now. As a lifelong gamer, my honest opinion is that it shouldn’t be more than $399.
