Amazing system to play games at high quality on a large tv

Great console! Impressive tech and performance. Backwards compatibility is a huge plus and Game Pass(not included) adds great value as well. Gets a lot of use out of me.

I bought this console last november on the week of Thanksgiving on wednesday before and picked it up on black friday i just had my brother over to set up the console the other day and so far it works well i highly recommend.

Disregard the negative reviews from PS5 fanboys (who either don't even own the console or are hypocrites). This is an awesome next level game console. Upgrading to this from my One S is amazing. 4k graphics are great but the real improvement is definitely the increase to 60fps. Everything that I've played so far (Borderlands 3, Jedi Fallen Order, Gears 5) looks so much smoother and realistic. Load times are at least cut in half and in some cases 5-10 times faster than on the One S. I agree that this console is a little ahead of the current selection of games available for it but I'm very confident that developers will be releasing games that are able to showcase more of XSX's capabilities. Very impressed so far and I'm expecting more games to play over the next several months. Especially Cyberpunk 2077. If you can find one buy one (just not from scalpers taking advantage of the current shortage).

I have had every generation of xbox and now I own both a Series X and a PS5. I can say there a quite a few things that Xbox does significantly better, most of which are simple quality of life things: Family profiles managed on the console, not the app. Alexa connectivity. Built in Bluetooth connectivity for wireless headsets. I own both major consoles and I still prefer my Xbox outside of some PS exclusives that I wanted to play

I had been out of the Xbox game for like 12 years. I had been putting off getting the new Xbox for a while until I decided to just bite the bullet so far I love the Xbox series X I don’t know why so many people got the S it’s been right out a month so far so good, even though you could access pretty much any game through game pass on PC. The main reason why I got it was because of how good game pass ultimate would be in my situation. All of these games seem fresh.

It works wish the kids were more interested in it I don’t know what more to say about it other than I had issues setting up with the jbl sound bar with subwoofer not sure why but think it was competing Bluetooth compatibly issues

Excellent product but a lie not compatible with all 360 games don’t like the lies made so you can by this very misleading but great all around performance

This Xbox is great 4K is phenomenal with 120 refresh rate very smooth paired with a decent monitor it's worth every penny

Well... I have been playing for one week now. I tried several games like Godfall (i would rate 4/10), Spider-Man Remastered (10/10 so far), Astro Bots (I'm an playstation fan for over 25 year now - so... 10/10!), God of War PS+ collection (10/10 - even it's only 30fps) and many other games I owned before: CoD Warzone, Battlefield 5, Rainbow Six Siege, No Mans Sky, Destiny 2, Madden NFL, GTA online. All in all I'm very impressed by the smoothness of the PS5 UI. Everything works more fluently and faster. It's very easy and fast to create and join parties! And I really love the new controller as it is a bit bigger, fitting perfect in my hands. I really love the adaptive triggers, as they for example simulates the tension of spider-mans webs when web-swinging through new york! That's awesome!

Works great with our 4K TV! I have only had it for a few weeks but my kids (as well as myself!) are enjoying it. I was lucky enough to get one during a Best Buy releases, well worth the wait/frustration. Thanks for another great product Microsoft!

Upgraded from an One X and I knew going in that it wouldn't really "feel" like a brand new next-gen console (such as the jump from a PS4/PS4 Pro to a PS5), but that's part of why I love it. If all your games were on an external drive like mine, you just plug it in and you're pretty much back off to the races like nothing ever happened (ignoring some of the mandatory Series X updates which are moderately annoying TBH). The only downside is that with how large games are becoming, if you tend to keep everything installed and ready to go (like me), you're probably going to run into the eventual hurdle of trying to swallow the cost of the (IMO) absurdly priced SSD expansion cards.

I ordered it, they delivered it. What more could I ask for? Haven't played the darn thing as it is an Xmas gift.

Great starter xbox to get into gaming. Does not have any issues with overheating and gameplay is excellent. Would recommend 100%

Honestly, what do you expect? It's next-gen. The console itself to begin with looks like some type of alien object that's casually placed in your living room. The controller is fantastic, much bigger so it can grip in my hands properly now. I always liked the PS4 controller but now holding this I can see how much less of a controller it is compared to the PS5's. Lastly, you honestly won't get the full next-gen experience​ until HDMI 2.1 4k monitors come out that runs over 120hz. So if money is a little tight I​ would wait till it dies down. Not worth paying over retail for this console. So if you were thinking of buying it from those scalpers don't.

Is this the best console ever made? Yes. Is there any games using this thing to it's potential? No. While the series X is an amazing console. There has been no games yet (3 years later) that made me glad I sold my Series S for it. And Xbox exclusive titles sofar have been a disappointment. Sure Star Field is about to come out. But it's on PC as well which I can mod it more than what the console version will allow if they have creation club for it. So pretty much unless you want a blueray player and to play games at 4k which some are for some reason locked at 30fps... Looking at you Arkham Knights. On a console that can totally hit a sold 60fps. There is no other reason to get this over a series s. And if your a PC gammer. Just get PC game pass and upgrade your PC.

This is actually my first ever Xbox console, and I'm genuinely impressed. Games look good. The console is snappy and responsive. Game Pass remains the best value in gaming. And I've been enjoying kicking back on the couch with the dogs and gaming. The only issue is 1TB fills up quick between the ever-growing backlog and games getting bigger and bigger.
