Glad to have this in our environment. Great gaming system

This is the second one I’ve bought. Got one when they were first released and then it recently stopped reading discs but it happened around the same time as a system update. Coincidence? I’m suspicious. I’ve since replaced it with a new one. I guess we’ll see how long this one lasts.

It's a great console. My only other thoughts -- and it's not anything against the console itself, but more the ecosystem -- is that this is the first time I've really felt like I didn't need it. With Game Pass being on Windows, along with most games (and all exclusives), having a PS5 + solid gaming PC, along with maybe a Switch for their amazing exclusives, seems like the best setup. As I have a monster gaming PC, a PS5, and a Switch Lite, I'm starting to feel like I have no use for an Xbox. That aside -- if you want an xbox -- it's a solid machine with incredibly performance.

Best Buy comes through for me again. Not just once but three times. From sales personnel to customer service I’ve been treated with respect and kindness. So many times I have no knowledge of my purchase especially when I’m fulfilling a gift request I am no looked down on but given information and guidance in making my purchase decisions.

The Xbox Series X 1TB console works well and games look great. Since you have to download games whether you have the disk or not it files up the hard drive. I am looking at options for an external drive. I understand this will be the last model that had a blu-ray disk player. Whine BB put it on sale for $349.00 I could not pass it up.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. First, the Series X remains very difficult to purchase. I consider myself very lucky to have landed on at Best Buy. I just happened to be on the .com site when they became available for 10 minutes or so. Having said that, if you're on the fence, don't hesitate. I own an original Xbox One and Xbox One X. The Series X blows them both away in terms of graphics and loading times. Xbox One X is good too but the spinner drive really held it back. The Series X has it all. Good luck getting your hands on one.

I reluctantly upgraded after my Xbox One X started to have an issue with cooling, I didn’t think there would be much of an improvement since they both play games in 4K. I was definitely wrong, it has been great and much better than I imagined, the graphics are inproved and much smoother, while the console runs significantly quieter. I don’t regret buying it one bit, and the quick resume is amazing.

Works great. Love the fact that it’s so quick and responsive. Doesn’t seem to have any issues even handling the new Black Ops game. Although I’m sure having a high resolution TV helps.

So glad to have purchased this. I missed out on the last Xbox but was a big player on the original and the 360. The Series X picks up right where MSFT left off with 60 FPS (on my TV) and 4K gaming. The 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate that you can sign up for lets you jump right in without buying any new games. All of the old games get an upgrade on graphics and quality. Even as MSFT takes its time getting new games out... you'll be playing 4K quality Xbox One games, which makes it worth it. MSFT is also very reliable for helping out with the small hiccups that always come along with new products in these early months.

Bought for my son as an Xmas gift and no issues with the console. Easily transfered games via external HD (have no issues playing with games from it either). Do have an issue with the controllers aux port malfunctioning. According to my son, he can't always get a reliable mic connection with his HyperX headset. Luckily, I had just gotten him a new controller in Nov 2020 so he was able to use that instead (therefore most likely being a aux port issue & not a headset problem). Gotta find out if Microsoft will cover the controller with manufacturers warranty. Other than that, my son is enjoying his gaming experience.

I originally got and Xbox One Series X for my daughter. Then I got the Game Pass sub and wow. This Xbox is not only fast and looks great on the TV but allot of game I play are with the game pass i can also download to my pc and continue aswell. Awesome console and Starfield runs and looks great on it. Win Win when it comes to gaming and its also a UHD bluray player aswell.

I’m enjoying my XBSX a lot right now, mostly for previous gen gameplay with the xbox game pass trial (which i will continue my membership with) but the 4K HDR 60FPS gaming on games like ‘Forza Horizon 5’ and ‘HALO INFINITE’ are beautiful and look gorgeous! The controller’s “haptic feedback” is just a basic vibration function; nothing like the PS5’s ACTUAL HAPTIC FEEDBACK, which i love, but the XB is a fantastic system and for high quality. Also, the box when you open it up is really cool. 10/10 purchase and highly recommend.

Bought this for my daughter she is absolutely in love with this X-box. She prefers Xbox while my son prefers PlayStation. There arguments over which is better are funny but over all amazing console. This is our first Xbox and I must say I am impressed with speed, graphics and over all ease of use. Definitely would recommend this console!

I finally caught up to the latest console and it feels amazing. The controller has a great feel to it, and the console itself runs and downloads really fast. The storage is bigger than my last one but if you buy a 2 terabyte storage with it you will have enough room for whatever games you enjoy the most! This purchase was definitely worth it!

I absolutely love the Series X. I'm far from a Microsoft fan boy, I've had XBox consoles, Playstation consoles, and Nintendo consoles, and I have enjoyed using them all. So far the Series X is my favorite though. The load times are incredibly fast, the upscaling on XBox One games works really well, and Game Pass makes this an incredible value. I don't think I'll ever go back to $60 (many games are now $70) for a new game when Game Pass gives access to so many games (including some day one releases) for $10 a month ($15 for Ultimate which gives you access to PC and streaming games also).

Absolutely incredible system from Microsoft. Everything runs incredibly smooth and fast. I love my PlayStation 5 and my Series X equally.

Birthday gift for my husband who has been wanting to upgrade his system for a couple of years. His mind is blown at the huge difference with the new device, from the graphics to the audio. Excellent!

Love it. Graphics and load speeds in line with the PS5. Wish in my area it was easier to find Xbox X physical games.

Love everything xbox, this is 1 of the best investments i made in terms of entertainment.

Primarily a PC gamer but have always had an Xbox for game pass/game sharing with my brother, so when I got lucky and had the opportunity to buy one I had some second thoughts on my way out of the store. Those thoughts are completely gone. Even without many new titles, this Xbox is a HUGE upgrade from the One generation, and the game streaming is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better across all devices. Now I can play games that play better on the controller from anywhere. Now I am playing Assassins Creed on the couch, at my computer, on my phone, and even on my Nivida Shield at the TV's not in the living room.
