I love my Xbox! I had the Xbox one before and when I upgraded, best decision I've made. I got a great deal from Best Buy and I haven't had any issues with my Xbox!

This plain looking box is amazing. Lay it flat or standing up, your choice. The onscreen dashboard requires no relearning, it's the same as the XBox One interface. My games load faster and the in game menus are faster. If the game manufacturer made the game for 4K graphics it will display the high rez (assuming you have a 4K tv). It also has HDR. 4K and HDR are also for movies. The console is very, very quite. I cannot hear it running. If you have an XBox One or Series I recommend you also subscribe to XBox Game Pass. There are tons of games on the pass.

The series x has been an excellent addition to my entertainment setup. I have been playing Age of Empires 2, Fallout New Vegas, Star Field, Quantum Break, Fallout 3, Forza Horizon 5, Crysis 2 and many more on game pass. I cannot believe i can play all these games from previous generations on this machine.

While not compatible with all older xbox titles, compatibility is significant enough that I was compelled to purchase. I don’t play newer games as those will fill the hard drive in no time. But to play original Xbox, Xbox360 games, it is a good purchase. Plus the holiday sale price helped to make the purchase decision.

The Series X is an absolute BEAST. I love the fast loading times, quick resume and the Game Pass library keeps growing by the day. I was one of the luck ones who secured one before Christmas and have been enjoying my time with the console ever since. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a 120hz 4K TV if you have the extra money. After playing games at 60-120fps, I am now a refresh rate snob and can't play anything under 60 (im looking you you 30pfs) because it's just painful! No regrets with my purchase - don't hesitate to buy one if you can!

I got this for my sons 16th bithday and it was a great purchase

System was in good shape. Only had one minor issue at first where the disc tray wouldn’t open. I contacted your warranty department but at the time there wasn’t a replacement system available. They offered for me to send it in for repair but I had a real hankering to play some mech assault so I made the repair myself and all works great now. Thank you for your speedy responses and offers of help. Great system and great company and will definitely have my business moving forward!

The optimized games look incredible on Series X. Gamepass gives me access to hundreds of games at launch. I love that I was able to just sign in and all my saves from the Xbox One X were instantly available. There was no "transferring" or "uploading" of saves involved. I just signed in and downloaded my games. Some would say that the UI feels too similar to last gen. However, I love that they've been iterating and testing their UI over the years. We get a mature, tested UI on day one. Microsoft have taken the PC or iPhone approach to upgrading this time and it really works.

The Xbox Series X 1TB Console is an incredible gaming system. This is one of the best gaming systems that I have ever played on. I have not found a system that is compatible to this Xbox system. I am very glad that i purchased this system for my family. My family has enjoyed the Xbox system immensely.

The framwrates, native 4k, and incredibly fast load times/quick resume are all amazing. Definitely worth the upgrade cost. I just started elden ring last night and i cant begin to describe how much more enjoyable it is to play big, beautiful, demanding games. The biggest con is being mindful of the crappy ssd size. Realistically, you will probably want to invest another 150 to 250 dollars to upgrade the ssd. But even at 750- the series x is a powerhouse as good as many mid to upper end pcs.

Excellent , this is an upgrade from xbox one s, you can see right away that the xbox series x is a very powerful console , much faster game loading , very nice graphics with my 4K TV , worked right away with my G920 racing wheel without any problem.it is very quiet too , you cannot hear the fan. My advice to everyone who wants to gets his hands on one , just be patient, keep checking on BestBuy website and get it with the original retail price, don't go to other websites where it is listed with almost double of its official price

It's an XBox. Does exactly what you need it to do. Upgraded to Series X due to failed One X. In store staff was wonderful. Item went on sale 2 days after I bought it, and BB refunded the difference, no questions asked.

What else is expected from Microsoft other then amazing products. Its amazing and works even better with a 120 refresh rate tv

I ordered this back in December but due to shipmebt issues i never recieved it. But after deling with the shipper for a month and trying to get them to replace it, i just notified bestbuy and the next day this issue is now resolved! Waiting to go pick package up instead of delivery! Thanks BestBuy!

Team was very helpful. Initially they were out of stock but asked kindly i return in the morning for they were receiving a shipment that night. I havent owned a console in a long time and turning on this x for the first time was nostalgic. I dont prefer one to the other but i'd def suggest everyone getting a series X! they are wonderful
