Works great. Wish the OS was updated, but it is no big deal. Runs smoothly, graphics are excellent, and overall an excellent purchase. Best Buy made the process very smooth and would only recommend purchasing the Xbox through Best Buy; nobody else.

I have been on xbox since 2004. The series x is a beast of a console. I like how easy it was to set with my account and just plug in my external hdd with all my xbox one games loaded on. I'm looking forward to playing new games with the benefits of this hardware and in the meantime I will revisit some older games with enhancements or just benefits from hardware. Being backwards compatible across 4 generations of xbox is awesome. I also like the fact that I can keep using my Power A Fusion Pro controller.

Not even sure where to start! Felt like a kid on christmas waking up early and getting it at 6am. Opening it up was visually beautiful. This system runs so fast and everything is wicked smooth. Visuals on the games are amazing even on my older 4K TV with HDR. Can't wait for the price of the q80T to drop so that i can fully max out the potential of the system. My fiancee gets mad at me from time to time because how much i spend playing AC and COD. This couldn't have come out at a better time though. Thanks Best Buy!

Xbox is the best box. Our family has been purchasing the Xbox’s for many years. This latest one is amazing. As per usual, Xbox’s has our done itself. With the amazing graphics and versatility and being able to plays discs as well. It’s is simply awesome. Way to go Xbox…..,

Great system so far. Currently, I'm playing Gears of War 5 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection and I'm enjoying them so far. Gears of War 5 looks fantastic and runs smoothly. Halo: The Master Chief Collection looks great for an older generation video game and also, plays very smoothly as well. Have not got the chance to utilize Microsoft's game pass service, but I will probably sign up for it soon since they have 100s of games you can play immediately. Great system so far and I definitely recommend it.

I’ve had the series X since launch. Purchased this one for my wife so we can play Ark. Runs great as usual. Just wish it has the ease of expanding internal storage instead of investing in expensive proprietary expansion drives.

Series X is amazing. I much prefer it to my PS5. The controllers are 10 times more comfortable, GamePass is killer compared to the playstation equivalent, and I like the lay out more. It has been a pleasure to own and game on.

Excellent. Finally decided to upgrade from the Xbox One to the Series X after using the Xbox One for 14 years. Love how quiet it is and how fast the load times are compared to the Xbox One.

No major surprises with console, except that it gets really hot. I purchased a wall mount and filter kit so it would have plenty of clean air flow. Had to move it from my electronics cabinet due to the excessive heat. Setup in several instances is a major pain.

Microsoft has outdone itself this time. The true 4K graphics are absolutely life like. This system is super quiet when being used. Fan noise – no way as you can’t even head the fan. The SSD makes Quick resume a real game changer. Backwards compatibility makes playing old games like seeing for the first time. The graphics appear much updated and game play is super smooth. I do recommend getting a subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. I am so glad that I was able to pre-order and get this console on launch day.

Great new console to power my 4k tv. Also being able to play at a high refresh rate for competitive shooters is a big plus.

Finally the Xbox Series X is here the most powerful Xbox and gaming system ever! I'm downloading my first next gen game as we speak. Coming from the Xbox One X setup was a breeze and really simply using the Xbox app. My current TV does not support 120hz in 4k but I plan on getting the LG CX to fully take advantage of the Series X. Can't wait to experience faster load times and beautiful 4k gaming in 60 and 120hz.

Amazing console, loce the way is build, graphics are good and Game pass is the best, compare to my PS5 is better on remote play and on gamepass only down side is PS5 has more excluzives game.

Upon first upboxing, the system was made to last. Very sturdy and felt “expensive” and I was excited to get to the gameplay. Hooked up it up to my 4k, 120 hz TV and began to play. Every single game looked amazing, it was a much needed upgrade to what I was playing with before.

Super fast, great graphics in 4k. I actually mostly play older games on it with the backwards compatibility with the updated framerates and it's a lot of fun! This doesn't feel quite as much of an upgrade as going from ps4 to ps5, but the internals are where its at with the extra power. This is also much more quiet than the ps5. Great console overall. The new controller made the d-pad even better which i'd argue was the one flaw of the xbox one controller. It feels perfect in your hands.

There are people trying to buy this console from scalpers at a premium. Well its toned down quite a bit but still. Let me put it this way, if you own the xbox one and are enjoying it, there is no reason to upgrade yet. If you own a TV that supports HDR, buy this! I ended up purchasing the LG C1 OLED alongside this and my xbox one is defintley outshined but besides that and a little faster load times keep your Xbox One and let Scalpers lose out.
