Everything about this console is an upgrade from the xbox one consoles. I upgraded from the one s and so the games look a lot better. Between the one x upgrades and the series x versions of the games I have never seen games look so good. With the SSD in the system, the loading times and snappiness of the system is awesome. I personally have not had any issues so far and I got the console on release day. Whenever consoles become more readily available I would not hesitate to buy one if you are on the fence.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He was VERY happy! Lol This thing has amazing graphics and sound!! It's a definite upgrade from his XBox One! This came with 1T storage built-in, a power cord and also a remote controler. Its nice that it stands up tall and gives him more space on the TV stand. Get it!! You wont be sorry.....the many upgrades are very worth it!

Works quite well. Much faster than Xbox One. I especially like the 4K capability. Much clearer resolution.

I love the Xbox. It is spectacular and theres tons of games available! Very easy to use, and easy to set up! I love this console because the look is very modern and sleek. 100% recommend to all the gamers!

Got lucky and was able to finally get me a Xbox series X and it arrived a day early and the staff was super nice and was very careful when placing it in my car it was a really great experience giving that I don't really buy stuff from best buy til recently after I got my xbox I have been buying from best buy 2-4 times a since I got my series X and each and everytime it's been a very good experience each and everytime thanks best keep up the great work you've earned yourself a repeat customer

Bought this for my grandson to update his xbox. He loves the graphics and the speed plus the way his games look. Definitely would recommend

This is a MUST HAVE if a person in your life loves gaming. It has super fast loading speeds and can download things really fast! It can play games up to 8k which looks ABSOLUTLEY BRILLIANT! The only problem i’ve had with this thing is that my oily hands leave prints on the console, but that can be cleaned off with a microfiber cloth. The controller is honestly super good too because it is really good for everyone’s hands. Overall, 10/10 would recommend, better than a ps5 on paper by the way too.

Great system. Glad I went with the Xbox Series X. It’s sleek design is so much smaller than the PS5. The gaming doesn’t let you down either. It’s a powerful console and paired with my monitor produces unreal graphics. Also has that ‘home’ feel that an Xbox user will appreciate.

Better than expected, was gaming on an original gen 1 xbox one. Used to have frame rate drops and skips all the time. Now with this its super crispy graphics and framerate on everything I play. Like the updated design as well a modern update

I was able to get both the new xbox box series x and ps5 at the same time but I only played the ps5. I later started playing the xbox series x and it’s a really great system. The software speed and quality are top notch. PS5 or Xbox Series X? That’s a tough one to choose.

The sound for gaming was much improved over my Xbox One S console. The video improvement was not as noticeable because my 4K TV is a few years old and only supports 60fps and HDR10. The change from the Xbox One S was easy as I just copied my content from One S to the series X over the network. The Xbox S still had to download a significant amount of content on the series X to update the games that were copied over.

The long awaited update from my Xbox One (original) to this beauty, was overdue. I’ve had my Xbox one for a decade. Happy I got the bigger one too, runs mint!

Solid system, an Best Buy did an amazingly smooth job during the checkout/pickup process and i absolutely enjoyed going through Best Buy store pickup. System is outstanding in performance and makes gaming a breeze to relax on.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Xbox has won the console wars of my home this generation. I have gottten at least 2 of these and have been more than happy with both.

Works the way it’s supposed to. Loads really fast. Had to buy it with XBOX ultimate pass just to get one.

From an engineering perspective: the thermal design of this thing is incredible. Despite having a massive amount of GPU grunt, it's nearly silent. It's debatable which system has better games, but I would argue that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is one of the best values out there, especially if you're a more casual gamer. Firmware/OS updates have enabled Dolby Vision in games, even on older games not ever developed to support HDR!

I would buy a ps5 instead lol. Got it for a good price, i think you get more in the ps5 than this console. Controllers aren't rechargable and feel cheaper. Having to purchase xbox live/game pass for certain game features. When i was able to play online fifa/madden for free on ps5. It also feels that video games take alot longer to download on this opposed to the ps5. Other than that, it works good. Performance wise it goes toe to toe with the ps5. If your an xbox fan & like all the exclusives you won't regret it. Definately an upgrade if you still have ps4/xbox one/series s .
