Best console i ever had. Upgrading from Ps4. Super powerful just as advertised. Got it for Christmas for for 349.99. Best buy had the best price and shipping was super fast. Totally satisfied.

I enjoyed this console for a few months before it started having issues crashing and rebooting. It finally quit powering on so i contacted Microsoft for a warranty repair. I packed it up and shipped it off for a few weeks where microsoft supposedly gave it a good cleaning and returned it to me. It at least powers on now but still has issues with frequent crashes and I really wish I had not wasted my money on this brick. Maybe I just had the bad luck to get a lemon but it has definitely put me off from buying anything remotely related to xbox.

I love the new Xbox. The quick resume feature is awesome even after you have turned off the Xbox it still puts you right where you left off, great for games that normally take long to load. The Xbox is fast and graphics are great even though my tv can’t put out 120fps. It’s very quiet and Xbox game pass is a must have to get the most fun out of Xbox. I don’t regret buying.

The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and can answer any question I may have prior to a purchase

Good quality and really great graphics. If you’re a true gamer you got to give this xbox a try. I came from their console competitor and I dont plan in going back any time soon.

I was lucky enough to snag an open box and everything was great at first but unbeknown to the geeks at best buy, the previous purchaser kept an issue under wraps. Turns out it had an intermittent wireless connection and syncing issue. I had the plan and got it swapped out in less than a couple weeks! Solid 4k gaming and entertainment

I love it. It’s super powerful. Game pass ultimate is the best service in all of gaming. So many games at your fingertips. The series x also enhances the graphics of every game, including 360 games. I’ve been playing fight night champion in 4K hdr and it’s never looked better. Not to mention it’s a nearly 10 year old game. I love my series x and I recommend it to everyone.

Very happy with my purchase. Made the switch from ps4 mostly for game pass and some Xbox exclusives that caught my eye. Game pass completely changes how you game! It’s like Netflix for games at a great price. Great hardware in this Xbox. Such a big upgrade from ps4. You’ll love the fast load times.

The xbox series x is almost everything that I wanted. It is true 4k uhd, powerful processor no lag and backwards compatiblewith all my previous xbox games. The only think that could make it better would be a media passthrough so that i could run my cable tv through it and cut down on the wires.

Great upgrade if you’re still on a Xbox One. Can still play all your Xbox One games, most automatocally upgrade to Series X/S version of the game. Graphics are better and load times are faster.

My Xbox One died on me so I figured it was time for me to upgrade. Was worth the investment when I got to experience the FPS Boost option that a lot of games I own have, plus Game Pass is bang for my buck.

I own the PS5, have owned Sony products exclusively for years. This is my first Xbox and I have to say this is a wonderful console. Its considerably smaller than the PS5, so shelf space is less of a concern. Both systems are functionally very similar- each having their own quirks. I look forward to some fun gaming with this.

Xbox user for the past 20 years here. My previous Xbox was the Xbox One S. Nothing crazy different other than the speed and efficiency of everything. Looks sleek and does the job. Game on!
