Solid so far. Had no issues. Last system I owned was a 360 so this is a big upgrade for the family. The kids are pretty amazed with it as they are more familiar with the Switch. Looking forward to seeing its full potential when they release Xbox X specific games as opposed to games beefed up games built for the Xbox one.

I bought this for my husband as a surprise a month ago and so far so good! The staff were so friendly as I mentioned it was a gift and they gave me a bag to hide the Xbox in. Really easy pick up too!!

Ordered thru a queue for curbside pickup. Was ready before they said it would be, they brought it out to my parked car within a few minutes of checking in that I was there. Excellent service. The Xbox itself? An absolute unit of gaming prowess that truly deserves the title of next gen. Overall super pleased with this purchase.

Thought I was going to buy a PS5 but out of stock and ended up getting a X series. Still a great console playing Elding Ring over Balders Gate is still no bad decision.

I am not a big gamer, but according to my son, he loves this Xbox Series X. In terms of graphics on gaming, it looks very impressive. I mainly use this for streaming Netflix and Disney+, and it looks really good. The only reason why I am deducting one star is because the graphics look a little dark compared to the PS4. The settings are exactly the same, but I'm not sure why it looks so dark.

I always really like the Xbox interface, combine that with much more powerful hardware and you have a winner. Only minor complaint is stick drift on the controller after a year. I suspect I just got a defective one. None of my friends have had the same problem

Powerful, works like it should. It’s an Xbox. Not very travel friendly due to weight.

SoFREAKIN excited when my husband just happened to see this was in stock at our local BB. It’s a beast. The only thing is that to play series x games they have to be installed on the system or buy a special external hard drive. You can’t just connect yours.

Most powerful Console. I have the PS5 but the xbox seems to perform better or AAA titles with 120hz. If you can get both I would 100% recommended getting them. Must have for exclusive titles (Halo, Forza). We are living in tough times these days, these consoles help pass time in a good way!

Picking up was smooth and easy! Purchasing was also easy and took like a minute! Very grateful to have a Best Buy credit card to make this purchase for christmas!

Waited till available, bought in Hyannis mall. Went to GameStop asked girl if they have any, she said good luck getting one. Checked out BB app said they have 1 in stock. Girl in BB brought out new Xbox x Extremely satisfied with the service and product.

I absolutely love my Xbox series X!! When I seen that Bestbuy had it in stock there was know question, I had to get one.

The product worked fine, but I had to return it to possibly purchase at a later date. Thanks to the helpful customer service, I may purchase at that store again.

Excellent. Work super fast. the graphics are great. Love the compact look that it has and the fact that you can still use disc for playing. Super Happy with it.
