I was fortunate enough to snag one of these on launch day. I don't really have any complaints, no issues with it to this day. Definitely worth picking up if you can get one for around MSRP. Do not help the scalpers by overpaying. Wait for the price to come back down if you can.

Love my Xbox Series X! Enjoying the graphic and performance enhancements over the Xbox One while being able to enjoy all of my games from older systems as well as newer games (Hogwarts Legacy has been a blast!)

Havent had an xbox in at least 5yrs, took my time to finally wait til they wete readily available and im glad i did, still love the remote feel and interface.

Love my Xbox Series X. Great Purchase. Best Buy was flawless in getting it for me. It came in a day early. I used my Best Buy Credit Card to buy it, good way to keep the card active. I was very happy.

Amazing console! Quality is phenomenal, switching over to another game is seamless & lots of storage for big games! Very impressed!

Wish I had upgraded sooner, great system, enjoy playing the updated version of games. My only con is how much heat it puts out but that's also a pro since it draws out so much heat.

great console and everything, nothing came broken and everything is working …. sadly. i got it for my bf a couple years ago and now he pays more attention to it than he does now to me :’)

Upgraded from Series S. Really love having the disc drive. Now able to get rid of my blu ray player. Love devices that can do multiple things. Form factor is really cool too.

Works great. Better on its side for heat transfer. Staff were great as always.

Moving from an xbox one was very easy. The enhancements for the games I already have have been nice, and the compatibility with my old xbox one controllers has been a great benefit for jumping right in with my family. Load times are super fast and the interface is great. No complaints so far.

Th3 series x is an absolute gaming power house. Never had an issue. It just runs big games with killer graphics day in and day out without missing a beat. Couldn't be happier

Another successor in a long line of great console hardware! I have enjoyed the increased speeds over my outgoing Xbox One X and can’t wait to see what the system is capable of once there are Series X specific games available. Highly anticipating spending some time with Flight Sim ‘20 when the time comes as well!

You will notice an improvement in performance download speed and certainly graphics are absolute improvement. Ghost recon breakpoint was clear as day improvements, fps and graphics.

Quick and easy process. Did not have a relatively long wait time in comparison to the estimation within the email. Best Buy has the smartest and easiest checkout method utilizing the queue system. I was able to secure an Xbox in the middle of the bot and scalper craze primarily due to Best Buy’s checkout system.
