Always been an Xbox fan, loved the gameplay and being smooth. Love starfeild, amazing gameplay. Controllers could be better though, not as good as the 360 controllers

Customer service was great, and the console feels powerful and fast. I wish it comes with another controller though.

Ended up getting this on sale for $349 with a price match! Great value for the gaming you get. Lots of power in the machine and the graphics are awesome!

Love my new X-Box but, I was disappointed about two things. The top is painted green in the grill instead of a real green light and my Xbox antenna device that was supported by the Xbox one is not supported. Why? Still love my Xbox though,

Finally was able to buy the new Xbox at Best Buy. Checkout was quick and painless with an account! Have played Halo Infinite all this time and having a blast. Great job Microsoft and 343. This is why I buy all my tech and appliances from Best Buy! They do not disappoint!

I purchased it for my grandson and they are enjoying it same as though they really cannot even put it down. Take a break and enjoy it very much.

This is the second series x ive bought and they are super capable and eazy to use. The functionality is great and the games are amazing as well.

This is a fantastic machine. Had a minor setup issue with my network connectivity and the app, but I skipped it and setup everything manually, imported from my Xbox One X. Everything else has been blazing fast and HDR in games that don't naively support it is awesome. I also really like the controller improvements.

Excellent gaming console and great for family fun. Easy to maneuver and you are able to play games with others across platforms. I recommend the XBox X

good system nice and fast graphics is really good big upgrade from the previews model works fast quite not too loud system built well done I will continue to use this product fits perfect in my space not too big don't over heat it does everything I use it for gaming experience is to the next level

Owned most generations of Atari, Sega, Nintendo, PS and Xbox . Xbox was always ranked above all else for me until the PS5. Both great, but this is the first time I rank a PS5 just above Xbox for lots of reasons. You won't make a mistake getting either one, but I would start with PS5 if you're upgrading from previous gen. of either platform. First exception would be if you do a lot of PC gaming and want the Microsoft cross platform option. I'm not a big PC gamer, but I see the benefit of this.

The series X is a great machine. My only gripe is that it will overheat pretty quickly. That was easily fixed with a fan kit from Amazon.

The system is great so far, superfast load times, smooth 60fps haven't tried any 120 fps yet. Only complaints is lack of exclusives and also had a few crashes playing AC Valhalla in the beginning its gotten much better now. Also wish the home interface was designed different instead of the same old. But other than that if you're looking to getting in I would say go ahead if you really want it, the games look great and there's backward compatibility on all Xbox games. But if you're patient and don't mind the wait then I would also say wait it out until more exclusive games are released, software updates and why not maybe a price drop next year. But overall great console.

Pretty cool console and games runner better and load faster across the board. However, it's not really worth the upgrade price rn without games that were made for next gen... It's sad that the first year of the best consoles to ever launch is just going to be us playing last gen games with better framerates.

I can see the difference in graphics. Try to get the expanded pack because most games only run with the internal storage and not the external storage.

I know everyone is ranting and raving about the PS5, but the ecosystem Microsoft is building on the Xbox shouldn’t be ignored. Looking forward to Halo Infinite later this year on the most powerful, and quietest console. I hope that if you’re reading this, one makes it into your home, too.

So far so good! It's been less then a week but I'm extremely happy with the newest xbox. From the loading speeds to the quick resume feature it makes load screens almost pointless. Although I'm disappointed in the lack of games released at launch, it definitely gives all xbox one games a pretty noticable face lift

Forget the hype with the ps5 the Xbox series x is much better than it I promise you in game play and on paper do your research I definitely can’t wait to get home and turn on some warzone it’s so life like but make sure your have the tv that can push the graphics 4K 120 hertz with hdr turn it on and let it rip
