Glad I got this one to play star field, runs that game excellent haven't had any problems. Only down fall is with the controller that comes with it has batteries an not a internal battery

Best Buy got the XBox in when promised. Pick up was quick and easy. The game console is a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been used yet.

Pick up was easy. Less than 5 minutes. Console has been great. Been using a little over 2 months no issues. I wanted it and I got it.

The only bad thing is the size of the games are so big they eat up a terabit of data with just a few games.

Difficult to get as of now but when you do, it’s worth it!!! Felt great walking into the store with empty hands, and walking out with this one! Enjoy!

Did a warranty claim with Microsoft because due to the high demand, Best Buy would only refund. So if anyone else is having issues, there is a one year warranty through Microsoft and they have some on hand for these purposes. Was told it would ship in 4-6 days once they received mine.

A worthy upgrade from Xbox one. Only issue I have is inserting discs is awkward however that is just a minor design issue.
