Worst purchase decision ever

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The remote barely works past 3-4 feet, it shuts off after 5 minutes of no activity because of its "energy-saving feature" and after scouring the manual there's no way to change that, which is ridiculous. The sound quality is almost as bad as my TV itself, the volume of voices is too quiet no matter how many times I tweak the settings and the sound of explosions/guns in movies and TV are insanely loud. I would do anything to get my money back but it's past the return window because I tried so hard to like it and just deal with it but I just can't. So disappointed, I can't afford another one right now so it just sucks.

"Insignia" is a good brand in anything that Best Buy sells. I have had that brand in Tvs, Portable DVD Players, and hardware. Never a flaw.
