Excellent and fast service from our sales lady. Love her. She sold us our washer and dryer six months ago. Today we walked into the store and she remembered us. We ended up buying a wall oven. We went into the store for a light bulb. YIKES.

I actually really enjoy this. The speaker is great when playing music/podcasts. Alexa also works pretty good as well.

I love it. Best feature for me is the Announcement. Being able to call my children downstairs when I need them instead of yelling for them and also just telling them what I need or if I need them to do something.

Pretty good. Style and finish are really nice. It feels pretty sturdy and it has a nice quality feel to it. The clock is large enough, not overly bright and very clear even in thr dark. The speaker sound quality is meh. I actually prefer the previous model sound to this one with music. The quirky part is volume control. The alarm is softer than Alexa's voice which always throws me off and i cant get the alarm volume very high.

The sound wasn't as strong as I heard when I watched product reviews but its still a good speaker for the price.

Pretty surprised at how well the auto dimming and brightness of the led display is, not too overbearing at any time of day or night. Pretty responsive and it looks nice on a night stand, table, or entertainment center.

I love it the clock was a nice touch well made now I have to get more for the house

I have another upstairs and they are useful...setting timers, reminders, getting weather, etc. The options are pretty impressive and I am not even beginning to scratch the surface of using its full potential.

Excellent. Amazon/Alexa has the personal assistant device down. Started with an apple mini, it was useless. Took it back and exchanged for this. Much happier, although the sound quality as a speaker is not as good.

Hard time connecting to wi-fi. Sound quality better than previous addition that I had.

I chose this current echo dot because it has the digital display on it. Alexa can control or activate compatible smart devices that can connect with it. It sets schedules, announce time, ring or nest doorbell announcements, etc. I do become skeptical thinking that it may be listening to my conversations but if it helps me at my certain age, then I can consider that.

Easy set up. Operates same as early generation. Clock aspect is ok, little blurry from other side of bed

I like the new design and color with clock. I ordered two to give as gifts, but one was clearly a returned one because the seal was broken, box ripped open on side, and the item and accessories were unwrapped inside. I was only able to give one as gift, I will either keep the used one or return, not sure right now, but that’s the only reason why I gave it 3 stars
