This one happens to be in the bedroom and provides various sleep sounds with good quality and clarity. Further more I can get the weather reports before getting out of bed. Maybe it actually helps in the decision to get out of bed.

I have 2 smart bulbs, a smart plug & a smart TV that are connected to my echo. The sound is pretty awesome too. I live in an apartment building, so I never really turn it up past 50% and the bass is pretty intense even at that level. From the photos, I thought it would be the same size as the echo dot - it's way bigger!

Amazon has really stepped up these devices each new release. The sound from my original echo to this newest version is night and day. Highly recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!

I've mostly used it as a speaker because I'm not really sure what else out can do yet. I've connected it to some smart plugs and i love it. I doubt in taking full advantage of all the bells and whistles but a good sound system was my main concern and she's got it.

I made a mistake by getting Echo Dots so now replacing the Echo Dots with these Echo 4th Gens whenever they go on sale. The entire home filled with music.
