    They sent me a device that isn’t working and then I reached out and was promised a phone call and never heard back. Customer support passed me around like a hot potato. I just want a replacement and I’m being treated like it’s my fault I ought a broken item. Today was Christmas and almost 2 months with a broken system :( hope you guys have better luck! Merry Christmas!
