It's a big upgrade from the base PS4. The load times are incredibly fast, and the frames and graphics are great too. Unfortunately I had to return mine because it made a noticable buzzing sound (coil whine) whenever playing games, and only got louder as time went on. Other than that, it's a fantastic console.

My son loves his PS5! Graphics are phenomenal well worth the wait and cost. Thank you Best Buy and Sony! Rapidly loads as well better than a desk top computer.

I love the quality of this system. I skipped the PS4 generation entirely just so that I can run all the exclusives with better visuals, framerates and no bugs. This console is really quiet when running games like LOUP2 and Spiderman. The controller feels amazing and DualSense is pretty fun. I only have 2 issues however, battery life for the controller (which can be optimized by lowering intensity of rumble features) and the disk drive randomly booting up and making and extreme amount of noise even when watching netflix. Hopefully they can patch that issue later. But overall I love it :D

Honestly I have always been a playstation guy and all the people out there that are telling you the benefits of a PC vs a console aren't wrong.. but building any PC for $500 will not be nearly as powerful as a PS5 of Xbox One. Playstation exclusives make this purchase worth it if you can even get your hands on one.

Amazing Gaming console. Very fast SSD drive allows gamers to be playing games within seconds of turning on the console. Smooth game play and beautiful graphics.

Great console it was defiantly worth the price of the console. Words cant describe the incredible graphics and performance this console has to offer.

So far I will say the controller is awesome but other than that and fast loading times there isn’t really anything that seems next gen about it. The controller doesn’t charge when plugged in over night which is super annoying. It is gigantic! Reminds me of an old school pc tower. I’m hopeful that there will be some awesome games that fully take advantage of all the features but until then it’s just ok...

Awesome new console! Plays all PS4 games i have tried, with much faster load times. Now I just need an 8K TV to take advantage of the much improved graphics!

I pre-ordered this ps5 and it's amazing. Its alot faster than my ps4 pro and the games in 4k look amazing. No complaints besides not getting it on release day.

I was one of the lucky ones to get this as a pre order back on 9.17.2020. I stayed up til 3am clicking refresh. This next gen console is great. No issues out the box. Also my system runs very quiet. So thankful, because after the launch of the PS5 it’s been very hard for people to get this system. To those who are still try to get this system. Do not give up. You will get one very soon. Keep grinding.

Best gaming console ever. Who needs a PC when you can even use a keyboard and mouse to play COD on it. No input lag or nothing and it runs heavy games easily.

Incredibly easy and quick to set up, great graphics! Love that I can add new games while still enjoying my old ones. Pricey but worth it.

Ps5 amazing speed and graphics. Coming from an original ps4, it is a major difference. If you haven't upgraded the TV is a while (like me) that's a must.

My husband and son love video games. Probably way too much. I don't see the need for having the newest PlayStation, but they do. I will say the picture is beautiful, and my husband and son both say that it runs so much faster than their PS4. My husband says that the game selection for the PS5 is minimal, but I loved watching them play Miles Morales and Destruction Allstars. If you're trying to get the new PS5 and can wait for the craziness of buying them to be over, then maybe wait. But the boys in my house say for sure that it's a must-upgrade system over the PS4.

Great console. Easy to use and the transfer from the ps4 was easy. Graphics and load times are great. Highly recommend if you can find one.
