This is a must-have upgrade for PS4 owners with a 4K TV. Full backwards compatibility. PSPlus gives you all of the PS4 classics for free (with the subscription). Graphics are phenomenal. Sound is great. This thing is Playstation...upgraded!

Its difficult to get a PS5, but its worth it. I got this for my boyfriend and he loves it. From he quick loading (applies to PS4 games too) and improved frame-rate, this is a MUST HVE for any gamer. I recommend Miles Morales Ultimate Edition as the first PS5 games to play.

The PS5 is a very good device, it offers great value for the performance it has. Many PS4 games have been patched to run in 4K, or with better frame rate. The UI is the only area that lacks. There is no ability to organize the UI. They've also split the UI into two different menus accessed by short or long pressing the PS button. Some features can only be accessed on the long press menu, some options are only accessible on the short press menu, and some options are shown on both menus. I don't understand this choice, as I'm constantly pressing the button, only to realize that "settings" can only be accessed from a long press.

Absolutely love the console. Also, thank you Best Buy for how you did your drops for the PS5. You guys made it extremely convenient. Doing it in waves one after the other and once you put it in your cart, it was yours. Didn’t have to race to check it out and hope that you got it.

Two thumbs up! The fan is so powerful on this thing I sold my AC unit for $80 to buy a game for my Ps5. I highly recommend it even though black would look a lot better but who am I to judge. It really knocks you off your feet with its powerful blower and sleek design,

i love my ps5 so much i wish jobs and school werent a thing so i could play it more. its just kinda big is the only downside, people who dont care as much about upgrading might wanna wait until the inevitable slim version (with hopefully more memory than the currently 800ish gbs)

Love the ps5 but the controllers do not seem to be as sturdy as the ps4. I have went through two controllers already with different issues.

THE. BEST. CONSOLE. YET! Sorry if you weren’t able to snag one, please don’t buy from scalpers. I love this console but I would never pay more then $600 for this. You only to wait to wait two or three months before they’re back in stock. Just hold off, you’ll get yours soon enough.

Power, Speed, Size. This console has it all. Rest assured knowing that you can buy this and already have a library of games to play by way of your PS4 collection. Plus those games will load way faster on the PS5 and may even look a bit better. Definitely buy one if/when you can.

From the UI, to the design, to the overall experience, this is honestly the most excited I've been to own a new gaming console! Enough games to choose from at launch, including the extra PS4 classics that Sony has provided and more than enough to be on your way to next-gen gaming!

This new system rocks! I would be soo bored if it were not for this portal to a better place. Graphics are great and the load time.. Oh mah goodness. If only everyone was able to get one. Really would like to play with friends but none of them have been able to secure one yet.

We really love our new Sony PlayStation 5 Console! Makes for a lot of family fun! Mom especially likes the design and that it keeps the controllers organized and in one place! We have five children and seven grandchildren. Perfect addition to our gaming collection.

Excellent console. I’m so excited to play it and I’ve already played it multiple times by now. Love the graphics, the 4K resolution and HDR motion handling. Can’t wait for all the wonderful new games coming soon for the PS5 (I mainly use it to play all my old PS4 games in 4K).

The PS5 is an amazing product. Fast, powerful, sculpted, and featured packed. Sony really went all out with this console. The only downside is that the 4k Blu-ray player does not at the moment support HDR10+ or Dolby Vision movie formats.

Pros: Easy set up, great graphics, comes with free game that show case new controller vibrations, backwards compatible for ps4 games Cons: Large component and small 825 gb memory.

I was very lucky to be able to preorder this item. They’re unfortunately even still hard to acquire, however they are amazing consoles. Loading screens are practically nonexistent, and games are the prettiest they’ve ever been. Very smooth and easy to use UI.

Absolutely hooked to my PS5. The next-Gen console is a must-buy for any gamer. Dual Sense Controller is a game-changer (unless you've experienced drifting, of which I have not.) Having a TV that supports the system's capabilities helps get the most out of the console.

The Abominable Snowman has met or exceeded all my expectations. Graphics are superb. Loading times are minimal. Everything is an improvement from the PS4 and PS4 Pro. Now a couple things I’m not happy with. VRR has apparently not yet been implemented even tho it was advertised before the launch. Another issue is storage space. 667gb fill up extremely fast and with no approved SSDs to install that won’t be changing my time soon. The only games that can be stored externally are PS4 games so be prepared to manage your game library. All in all I am happy with the PS5 and don’t regret my purchase. While it isn’t a necessity, if you have the budget, you should consider upgrading to a HDMI 2.1 TV since many of the next gen features require HDMI 2.1 to work. Personally I recommend the LG CX. Just bought it last week and it’s the best TV I’ve ever owned in my life not only for gaming but for movies and tv shows as well. It enhances the PS5 experience by 1000%!

I was able to get one! I think that for the price, you're getting an absolutely amazing product and I wanted to get the disc version because I collect blu-rays. Sony outdid itself with the new DualSense controller. Those things are incredible!
