Hands down it is the best next generation console available!!! the only downside is that it is impossible to purchase!

Super cool console. Don’t have to have disc with this one. Makes things easier for us lazy folk, don’t have to put a game in to play it. Just play fr the couch.

Runs perfectly fine from what I can tell and games are on par with performance on my pc. UI was I Little confusing at the start compared to PS4.

I tried and tried and tried to get one of these for my son and finally did and it does everything and then some. He loves it way better than his PS4.

Everything about it shows next gen. The menu is interesting. How it plays games with the updated specs is true an experience. I can't wait for what's to come.

love this system, may not be as good as my Xbox Series X but it runs great and silent, a little big but its amazing, games are fun....

Waited so long for this PlayStation, I gave it to my boys as a gift for my 23rd year wedding anniversary this past November. I had it hidden for about a week but could not wait until they opened it so we could set the system up to our 65” Samsung NEO QLed 8K TV. To our disappointment even after the big firmware update Sony did for the Samsung TV 4k issue, we were and unable to receive a 4K resolution. We are only to choose a 1080P resolution with 4K option stating unsupported, again we have the newest Samsung Neo 8K TV . Sony has not been Unable to solve our issue after two attempts. First rep hung up on us after stating our TV does not support 4K resolution even though we gave him our model number and repeat it it is an 8K television, so we called a second time right after being hung up on the second rep was a pleasure to deal with he felt our pain even though he was unable to resolve our issue and stated we just have to wait and see what Sony does for future firmware updates. The only thing I can come up with is that with the new Samsung neo 8k TVs they have what they call an Attachable Slim One Connect that you hook all of your HDMI connections to. Sony is going to have to take into consideration like the last firmware update for the sound bar connection with Samsung televisions.

Best one yet. The dual sense controller is amazing. The games load lightning fast and it runs cool with almost no fan noise. I have no regrets about this purchase.

The PS5 is perfect and even better than a pc in every way. You get 4K, 120hz, Ray Tracing, and instant load times so you will never have to see a loading screen again.

In a time where the ps5 was really difficult to obtain, best buy came through in the clutch. It was difficult trying to get it in my cart (as it was for most retailers at drop time because of the traffic), but with a little stubbornness, I was able to complete my transaction. I put a typo in my billing address initially, and thankfully best buy's systems holds onto your purchase and allows you to make the corrections. Otherwise I would have lost my purchase and ruined Christmas. The recipient of the gift is very happy with his ps5, so I have no complaints. One day I might even by one for myself.

Great system haven't had any issues out of the box. Love the startup special feature that was added this year it only happens on the first start up so don't miss it.

Love it. Was able to purchase from the first wave of ps5s and it has lived up to the hype. No defects or anything. Graphics are insane and gameplay is smooth as ever.

Awesome console runs 60fps 4K with ease new ui interface is king of hard to get use to but you’ll grow to love it or maybe not games and quick to open and close

Love the graphic and feel of the game. Sony did it again. Not that many games out for ps5 version that’s the only negative comment.

The Greatest and Best looking console I have ever owned. Mainly got it for my son but when I come home from work we play together and its always a lot of fun.

Very powerful unit and nice looking unit , but I wish Sony can announce what hard is compatible to expand the store , cause there is no enough space for the games.

Im just glad i was able to beat all these bot hackers that hit best buy server every single time. I finally got one. And im very pleased with the performance

Glad I was able to get this on the first pre order! Works and plays like a dream. Just finished Spiderman Miles Morales on it and couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Best purchase ever, and the best PS till date. Games look so great and I love all the console exclusives.
