Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I went to the Macon GA store the manager discussed the total tech plan to me and it paid for itself with the 24 month warranty on all the items I bought. Plus he said it gives you exclusive first on high demand products like the PS5. I was skeptical and bought it and the very next day PS5 was made available for total tech members and I got one. Best purchases I ever made was the Total Tech.

Good but probably a faulty component

Love the new interface, controller and headset. Best Buy did a wonderful job on launch day. Only complaint is the fan is loud. I can hear it loading and on certain points loud enough that you might think something bad will happen. Reminds me of the older generation systems
